David Hacham: "I am confident that it is possible to reach agreements regarding the Philadelphi Corridor with the Egyptians, we are obliged to reach agreements and coordination with them in order not to make moves that will be seen as unilateral and interpreted by the Egyptians as a violation of their sovereignty.
